How to book Medicus Home Service

- Patient needs to prepare the following information prior to call:
- Patient details
- Name of caller
- Name of patient/s
- Age of patient/s
- Address with direction instructions (Landmark)
- Contact number
- List of diagnostic examination/s needed (Laboratory & ECG only)
- Name of physician (if applicable)
- Requested schedule. (Please prepare an alternative schedule in case the requested schedule is not available)
- Wait for the return call from our home service staff for confirmation of schedule and your total bill inclusive of the Home Service Fee.
- You have the option to pick-up the examination result/s at our diagnostic center or to receive it via email.
